How quickly can you deploy a crew?
For most UK locations we can confirm a camera crew within 24 hours. Larger multi-camera or outside broadcast jobs are normally scheduled 3 to 5 working days ahead.
What happens if a signal path fails during a live show?
Every live package includes a monitored backup path. Our operations desk switches to it automatically or manually within seconds, and you receive a full incident report afterwards.
Can you deliver feeds to several broadcasters at once?
Yes. We distribute a single clean feed over satellite, fibre and IP to multiple destinations, with separate monitoring for each receiving broadcaster.
Are quotes fixed or do costs change on the day?
Day packages are fixed-price. Overtime and additional kit are agreed in writing before the shoot, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
