Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

tqloshay operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site is intended for professional users aged eighteen or over who are acting in the course of their business. You may use the services only for lawful purposes connected with professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and the creation of reliable feeds for news and broadcasting. Any other use is prohibited.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the technical operation of the platform, transmit malicious code, scrape data, or use the services in any way that could harm the reputation or operations of tqloshay or its clients. Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

Accounts, submissions or user content

Where account registration or content submission is offered, you remain solely responsible for all material you upload or transmit. You grant tqloshay a non-exclusive licence to use that material solely to deliver the requested services. You must ensure you hold all necessary rights and that the material does not infringe third-party rights or any law.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, software, video formats and other material on the site are owned by tqloshay or its licensors. You may view pages for your own internal business use but must not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent. Trade marks and logos must not be used without express permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may contain references to third-party tools, platforms or services used in media workflows. tqloshay does not endorse, control or accept liability for these external resources. Any contract you enter with a third party is solely between you and that party.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

tqloshay aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance, legal reasons or suspected breach. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

Except where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law, all services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. In particular, we do not warrant that feeds will be uninterrupted or error-free in every circumstance.

Proportionate limitation of liability

Subject to the limitations above, the total liability of tqloshay for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This cap does not apply to death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tqloshay, its officers and staff against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from any content you submit.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to rely on mandatory local consumer protection rules.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may amend these terms at any time by publishing the updated version. For questions please contact us using the details on the contact page or write to Medina House, 2 Station Avenue, Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire, YO16 4LZ or email info@streamscape.uk. Intellectual property in feeds and deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original footage, signals or edited content created specifically for you under a service contract remains your property once payment is received in full. tqloshay retains the right to use anonymised technical metadata for service improvement.

Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to broadcast transmission failures, satellite outages, regulatory changes or civil emergencies.
